The main professional opportunities of the Master's students are doctoral studies (PhD), which fulfills the main objective of the Master's program, which is to train students in basic research applied to biomedicine, acting as a training period for the doctoral program. A high percentage of the students, 71%, have completed doctoral studies in various universities both in Spain (52%) and abroad (9.6%). Approximately half of the students, 54%, have studied or are currently studying in the Biomedical Research Doctoral Program of the University of Valladolid.
